We offer outcome focussed rehabilitation for people who require either short or longer term residency.
We provide the individual with holistic packages of care, which are outcome driven in line with their goals and wishes. We have demonstrated that we can effectively manage challenging behaviour and can support people with an additional diagnosis of learning disability.
As a team we have proven experience in managing individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours and our ethos of remaining positive, persistent and consistent will enable individuals with enduring problems to experience the feelings of safety, familiarity and progression that many often haven’t experienced before.
Care and treatment plans are designed to meet people’s individual needs, there is 24hr support provided by the staff team which is supplemented by our central outreach team who can offer additional and timely support when required e.g. Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Psychology & Psychiatry.
As an organisation our highly skilled teams of professionals constantly reflect and review our practice enabling the team to be consistent in the delivery of quality care. We utilise evidence-based practice to guide and define modernised care packages.
